Hello my name is Bryan Ferlanti and I usually dont complain but I was appalled at what happened at the resort Coronado Springs. My son and I booked a fishing trip today 5/8 and we ended up at your resort thinking we take the boat from your marina.

I was informed by the bellman we are in the wrong place and to come in to speak to someone in case he was wrong. We ended up speaking to a girl named Caitlyn who was the nastiest person I have ever met. We walk up and she says I should of told the bellman Im busy working instead of helping us.

This type of service is off the wall and she continued to be nasty and acted like we were bothering her. Please correct this as I will never stay at your resort thank you Bryan

We are currently waiting for our room to be ready. The room was suppose to be ready at 3:00 and it is now 5:15.
